Since the inception of our full time Health & Safety Adviser to the Company in April 2007, the company has seen a growth in a number of directions. Improved consultation has created focus and drive towards exceptional standards in H&S policy and practise. This has been backed by our organisational control and investment in our employees through an enhanced professional training programme. Improved communication with our customers and clients has strengthened our assessment of risk and compliance. As a result J.C.Watson Refrigeration Ltd. now has a very distinct presence of a positive Health & Safety Culture.
The company throughout its 30 year history has in fact always had an exceptionally good record for health and safety and to date has no prosecutions or enforcement notices. The company takes its legislative responsibilities seriously and works cooperatively to ensure safe working practises and a safe environment at all times for our employees, clients employees and members of the public.
